I can understand wanting to see your small child who just moved with mom to another state. I'd draw the line at having her travel through a blizzard just to see you, especially given pictures like this: http://www.nbcconnecticut.com/weather/stories/Preparing-for-Snow-190346761.html?_osource=SocialFlowFB_CTBrand

In some states there is a huge fine for driving right now. They WANT you to stay home.

Yeah I'm talking about Divorcing (now Divorced) Guy who is angry that mom won't drive the child halfway to him. She's in NJ; he's in Vermont.

He'll have to take that up with Mother Nature.

omg :(

even as much as an ass as david (still is) was, the first thanksgiving we had thomas and tayler in harlan and it rained so much they were talking about closing the flood gates - even then david understood that if i couldn't get out of the county to bring the boys home because of horrific weather conditions, i just couldn't. i remember. he told us all to be safe and warm and stay inside - and to let him know if the gates had to be closed!

wtf is wrong with people!?

From what I've observed he is very focused on his rights and what is exactly fair between him and the mom and sometimes loses sight of what is BEST for their daughter. People have DIED in this blizzard. I'm sure if he thinks about it he doesn't want his daughter to be hurt or killed trying to get to him.

I doubt he even thinks that far, or if he does, he doesn't believe it could happen to him (because this is all about him, not his daughter.)
