Agnostic: A person who stands in that uncomfortable space between fully committed believers and atheists and periodically gets hit with shrapnel from either side.

I fall into that category more or less. Instead of belief or faith I prefer to term it "working theory" because that implies that I am always willing to adjust in light of new data. Technically agnosticism is a position that states the truth cannot be known (certainly not in this world, if there is some other maybe there). I think it is an honest position and helps keep me from ever wanting to legislate things I can't prove anyway. :)

I make an assessment as to whether time spent on any ritual provides a psychological benefit that justifies it without counting on some kind of "heavenly reward" or not. If not, I'm wasting my time entirely. If so, it's worth it.
