Steps towards a heart healthy diet  
We are bombarded with dietary advice these days and it's difficult to sort through it all. Here's a nice guide to the basics of heart-healthy eating. The time to start? NOW! Too many wait until they think they are at "heart attack age" to worry about healthy eating. It doesn't mean you can never enjoy rich treats--but they should be just that, an occasional treat, not daily fare.
