8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Use pre-cooked crust or graham cracker crust.
Using a mixer, mix cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add vanilla and lemon juice and mix thoroughly. Pour into crust and chill. Top before serving with canned pie topping or fresh fruit.
