The damage of pre-Roe v. Wade abortions
Doctor remembers the damage and danger of pre-Roe v. Wade abortions as he and colleagues worked to save the lives of women who desperately sought abortions or performed them on themselves.

As he reminds us: "It is important to remember that Roe v. Wade did not mean that abortions could be performed. They have always been done, dating from ancient Greek days."

What Roe v. Wade meant was that women could finally go to a skilled and reputable doctor to receive a safe abortion, rather than risk their lives in a back alley somewhere.

That made me shiver. I have goosebumps on my arms.

This makes me want to go on a rant, from which I must restrain myself today. But it's in regards to the people who are anti-abortion no matter what. *seethes*
