I hope you are enjoying your handy new disabled placard. Presumably you aren't disabled or you'd have your own. They certainly do seem cool and convenient when you don't have to suffer the disabling condition that goes with them. Of course by using mine you are causing some truly disabled person to lose a parking space, causing them pain and suffering. And of course you also have inconvenienced me since I rely on mine to park close enough to work not to have to hike in, or risk getting tickets for parking all day long without one. But hey, that's ok. It's all about your convenience. I can get up early on Thursday to reach the dmv office at 8 and still maybe get to work on time at 9 after getting a new placard.
Yes I know I made it easy for you by driving a convertible. How dare I have a convertible! I'm happy to say it took a year for someone to reach in and steal my placard. Many people were decent human beings and passed up the opportunity to get all this free parking.
What does that say about you?
I'll be sure to share your good fortune with the parking office so they can be on the lookout for anyone who doesn't appear to need the placard they are using. My fellow disabled placard users will all be happy to haul out their proper id to demonstrate that they deserve their placards, just to bust your sorry ass.
Have a nice day--
