resource for young women
I wish I'd had access to this when I was younger:

http://breastwatch.evidencewatch.com/

Pass it on to the young women you know!

I was a B cup right up until I first got pregnant, then I went to a C pretty quickly, ending up at D when the milk came in. Overnight men were staring at my chest in a way they'd never done before and I was acutely embarrassed. I never went back to a B, probably because of fat gained during the pregnancy that I never entirely lost. I was one of those young girls who agonized about my flat chest, especially since my mom and aunt had D cups.

I was also lopsided, and ashamed of it. That became a nonissue after pregnancy too.
